Responsibility
CRM (customer relationship management) system operation and process support
Co-work with clients and support for new CRM project initiatives, new process development and execution 
System and process training
Data analysis and reporting
Data and system consultation and support with fast response
Requirements
0~3 years’ experience in business operation and system management
Knowledge of CRM is an advantage
Familiar with the automotive industry is an advantage
Familiar with any programming language (e.g. Python, VBA, Java etc.) is an advantage  
Bachelor degree in a technical or business area
Good knowledge of MS Office
Able to work independently and in a proactive manner
Based on Shanghai, willing stable and less business trip
Good communicator in multi-culture environment
Proficient in English
Travel
