职位描述：
1、根据客户要求，负责电源管理/驱动芯片的设计、验证；
2、协助测试及产品部门完成产品验证测试；
3、电源及相关电路的新方向研究；
职位要求：
1、微电子，集成电路设计，电子工程或相关专业硕士以上学历；
2、5年以上集成电路设计经验, 包括DC/DC、AC/DC、IGBT驱动芯片等的设计;
3、熟悉CMOS, HVCMOS, BCD等半导体工艺。
4、熟悉Linux/unix 操作系统，熟练应用Cadence，hspice等EDA工具。
5、熟悉实验室常用测试设备，会做产品性能测试；
6、独立或主导完成过项目研发，有成功项目量产；
7、良好的沟通能力和合作精神
